So I talked to these two guys about anything and everything that popped into my head. It turns out I get very extremely overly talkative when I’m tired. Okay, so you might think since I had spent the last 20 hours in transit I’d be too tired to talk. So after that, Alex got us train tickets from Narita to Tokyo, courtesy of KLab. Here’s a link with more info about them if you’re planning a trip any time soon! The funny thing is, the lady at the ticket booth didn’t even need our passports…she could tell we were foreign just by looking at us. Props to Sénen for doing the research on this! These passes are available at a big discount to foreign tourists and are really useful if you plan to travel around Tokyo. And the first thing I bought with it was a 48 hour subway pass. The first was a portable WiFi device which I could use with my phone! The second thing was my ¥40000 allowance for the week. When I arrived, Alex gave me two very important things. Alex did a really beautiful job on the sign, didn’t she? S énen had arrived a few hours earlier and he and Alex had been checking out some of the cool places at the airport, like the Pokémon Center.
